Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

A $100 deposit fee will be collected once the appointment is confirmed.
  
This deposit fee will be applied to your visit.

As we are a mobile service, please reschedule or cancel within 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.

Deposit is refundable if cancellation is done prior to 48 hours.

Is your pet a good candidate for concierge veterinary medicine?

Accepted Answer

For the safety of all involved, pets who exhibit aggressive or unpredictable behavior towards visitors may not be ideal for in-home veterinary care. 
Our goal is to provide a calm, fear-free experience for both pets and people. But, in some cases, a controlled clinical setting may be better suited for pets who become anxious, territorial, or defensive at home.

If your pet is having an emergency or is urgently sick, please contact the nearest emergency or urgent care clinic.
